The birthing process itself is also a time that can be traumatising. When we are suddenly removed from the dark warmth we have only known to a stark brightness, air instead of moisture, & perhaps into the arms of parents that may too be more than a little traumatised by the birth themselves. Our entrance into this world is often not as idyllic as we may think & can actually be the start of our separation from our soul’s & unique essence.
In this workshop we will visit ‘safety within’ as the self exploration of where we need to bring more balance for you. Being safe within, changes absolutely everything for you. Getting clear on this will bring you a new framework to work on your self discovery journey

Journey
Our first journey on this workshop will be about exploring safety within. Clearing any glitches that are ready to go & bringing in that safety before we begin our second journey of the evening.
The second journey will begin before your soul landed in the womb to merge with your human self. Starting at this point is incredibly powerful & a beautiful experience. We then will do the womb work needed before integrating your soul with the human you. Holding you in the new space & then rebirthing, parenting, & holding yourself in the safety & love that you deserve.
It will be a beautiful & powerful reset with original codes activated that may have been turned off by lack of safety.
