Our perception & judgments of others keep a certain reality alive & others perceptions of you can keep that active within their version of you, keeping you from being your own truth.
Enmeshment is a two way system & your own ‘stuckness‘ can mirror keeping another stuck too!
In this 2 hour workshop we will dive as deeply as we can to understand the impact as a whole & work through which relationships you would like to shift the dynamic into a more positive space or indeed free yourself to move on from it.
This covers past relationships too, that do have a habit of keeping us from moving forward into our fullest expression of our own truth & self.

This will include light language that bypasses the logical mind & works at great depth & speed beautifully.

A safe space to connect with like-minded Soul’s & to ask questions, chat, & a card drawn for you to take home whilst we ground with shared pots of herbal tea.
